Behind the Bar helps a venue team review sales and manage enquiries and events. This draft describes the current preview and requires legal review before customer release.

Information in the preview

Account email and identity records support sign-in and venue access. Sales figures come from stored till checks and payments. Event and contact records may contain names, contact details and booking information entered by an authorized team member.

Access and hosting

Venue permissions control access. Supabase provides the database and authentication; Vercel hosts the app. Authentication uses cookies to keep a user signed in.

Before release

Counsel must confirm the responsible business, contact address, lawful basis, retention periods, deletion process, international transfers and the final notice. Guest marketing consent has not been approved for this preview. Do not upload guest marketing lists or individual payroll records.
